Booking & Cancellation Policy

Please read these terms and conditions prior to booking our services to ensure that you are happy to accept them. These terms and conditions govern the cancellation and rescheduling policy for the aesthetics treatments offered by Cavendish Aesthetics, hereinafter referred to as "the Company." These terms and conditions are also applicable in the event that patients/client and models have booked treatments as models for the training academy. By booking any of the treatments provided by the company or training academy, whether a booking fee has been paid or not, "You" the patient/client or model, agree to these terms and conditions. 1. Booking and Payment: 1.1. Patients of the clinic and models for treatments that are to be carried out by students of the training academy are required to pay a booking fee at the point of booking to secure their preferred appointment for their treatment. 1.1a. Booking fees and/or the associated balances related to treatments are non-refundable unless specified under clause 2.1 for valid cancellation. 1.2. The patient/client or models agrees to pay the remaining balance of the treatment fee in full no later than immediately post treatment and prior to leaving the clinic. 1.2.a. Payment disputes: Where patients/clients or models fail to make payment in full post treatment the company reserves the right to pursue any unpaid balances through legal action or via a collection agency and the patient/client or model agrees to indemnify the company against any legal fees or costs associated with the debt recovery. 1.3. Please note that our booking system is not able to secure bookings without a security deposit or where it is necessary, for payments that to be made in full and therefore even if we attempt to hold your booking manually it will still be available online and you may loose your desired appointment. In this event you will either be offered an alternative date and time or if you fail to attend even where no deposit has been received by you, you agree to pay the full amount of the treatment within 7-days of the treatment date booked by you. 1.4. Where treatments have a value of less than £60 patients/clients and models will be required to make payment in full either by bank transfer to the account of the clinic or by debit or credit card either online or over the telephone. 2. Cancellation Policy: 2.1. In the event that patients/clients or models need to cancel their appointment, models receiving treatment by students of the training academy must provide notice of no less than 48 hours and patients of the clinic must provide notice of no less than 24 hours. In the event that the required notice is not provided both patients/clients and models will be required to pay the full amount in relation to their treatments booked. Cancellations can be made by telephone to 01233 626819 but must be followed up in writing to the following email address, michelle@cavendishaesthetics.clinic. and, acknowledge by the clinic to be officially recognised and cancelled. Cancelations that are made through social media applications such as Messenger, WhatsApp, Facebook, Snapchat etc, will not be accepted. In the event that the aforementioned procedure is used patients and models will be entitled to a full refund of the amount previously paid towards the treatment that has been subsequently cancelled. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 days to be processed and depending upon the method of payment used at the time of booking and the individuals bank, and therefore in some circumstances may take longer. 2.2. In exceptional circumstances, if the patient or model is unable to attend their appointment on the scheduled date and has provided notice within the period previously detailed in point 2.1, they may be able to reschedule their appointment. 2.3. Requests for rescheduling must be made to the clinics administrator by calling 01233 626819. In order for such a request to be valid patients/clients or models must be in receipt of an alternative date provided by email by the Company's administrator and this date will be deemed as acceptable unless the administrator is notified to the contrary in writing immediately upon the issuing of the alternative appointment. 2.4. Where the patient/client or model fails to provide the required notification for rescheduling as detailed above, they will be charged in accordance with point 4.1 as if they had failed to attend. 3. Rescheduling and Payment: 3.1. If the patient or model is granted permission to reschedule their appointment, they must select an available date within a one-month period of the original appointment date. For models, if there is no availability in that one-month period the next available date will be offered as an alternative. The balance of the treatment fee will remain due and must be paid in full no later than immediately post treatment and prior to leaving the clinic. Please note that where appointments have been rescheduled they are no longer eligible for refunds and payment in full will be required whether the client/ patient or model attends the appointment or not. 4.Failure to Attend or Reschedule: 4.1. Where the patient or model fails to attend the original appointment date and time and does not provide the required notice or request rescheduling of the appointment in accordance with the terms outlined in sections 2 and 3, the booking fee and any partial payments made will be forfeited. The patient/ client or model will also remain liable for the full outstanding balance of the entire treatment fee which must be paid within seven days of the appointment date either by bank transfer, credit or debit card or in cash at the clinic. The company does not accept cheques. 4.2. No further claims for rescheduling will be entertained after the one-month period from the original appointment date has elapsed and patients/ clients and models will remain liable for payment of the treatment in full in accordance with section 4.1. 5. Right to Cancel by the Company: 5.1. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment for treatment for any reason. In such cases, the company will provide as much notice as is practicably possible and if requested by the patient/client or model, the Company will provide the patient/client or model with a full refund of the booking fee or funds received in relation to the cancelled appointment in line with section 2.1. 5.2. In such an event, the Company will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the patient/client or model, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses. 5.2. Force Majeure. The Company shall not be held liable for cancellations or rescheduling resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, staff illness, or power outages. In such cases, the patient/model will be offered an alternative appointment or refund of the booking fee. 6. Aftercare advice: 6.1. The Company will provide the patients/clients and or models with the necessary aftercare advice either in hard copy or electronic form. The aftercare advice is provided to help those receiving treatment, whether a patient/client of the clinic or a model of the academy, to understand their obligation and responsibilities post treatment. The company cannot be held responsible for events that occur outside of the clinic and that may be as a result of the failure to follow the aftercare advice provided. Any adverse result or results that do not meet the expectations of the patient or model will be assessed by the company and any opinion regarding any such results will be considered as being provided on a professional basis. The company may, at its discretion offer further treatment, however, this does not form the basis of any contract and the company offers any such treatment on a “without prejudice” basis. Where patients/clients or models are not happy with their results, in extreme cases, the company may offer additional touch up treatments if deemed appropriate by the company and at the discretion of the company and/or practitioner and these may be offered at discounted rates or free of charge. 6.2. These aftercare materials are the property of the Company and are intended solely for the personal use of patients. Distribution, reproduction, or public display of these materials is strictly prohibited without the Company's prior written consent. Any such breach may result in the company taking legal action against those that contravene these terms & conditions. 7. Liability: 7.1. The Company and/or its representatives and/or practitioners shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred by patients or models during their treatment, whether at the clinic or post treatment. 7.2. Patients/clients and models agree to participate in the receipt of any treatments freely and willingly having first carried out their own research and satisfied themselves that they are sufficiently aware of any potential complications and/ or side effects associated with their treatments and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, instructors, and representatives from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of their participation in the SPMU or aesthetics treatments carried out at the clinic or academy. 7.3. The company encourages patient/client and models to consult with their GP or medical specialist prior to proceeding with treatments that they provide, particularly where those planning to book or receive treatments have pre-existing medical conditions or are under the care of a medical professional. The company cannot provide medical guidance relating to any such conditions. 8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions: 8.1. The Company reserves the right to update, amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion and without prior consultation or notification with any third party, patient, client or model. Any such changes will be communicated to a patient, clients or model where it is deemed by the company to be necessary although they are under no obligation to do so and, any such changes shall take effect immediately either with or without the issuing of notification. By booking treatments at Cavendish Aesthetics whether as a patient, client or as a model of the academy and whether a booking fee has been paid or not, by booking treatments the patient, client or model acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect the statutory rights under UK consumer law.
